Absolutely not! While long-term habits, including what and how much we eat, can have a major effect on us, we can always help maintain or improve our health by changing our diet.
No never. I actually did some research a few years ago where I started to train 70 year olds and they got much healhtier. This is the same for nutrition. Every small change you make is beneficial.
